3/4 point seat belts

Hello all, advice please, is it possible to put 3 or 4 point seat belts in for the rear inward facing seats in my defender90 td5xs? I have seen 3 and 4 point belts but assume these are for front seats. Any advice gratefully received. N

No. standard 3 point seatbelts won't work on side facing seats. Lap belts or racing harnessses are all that will work. But remember that Greshams 110 was fitted with 4 point harnesses and his kids drowned because the rescuers couldn't get them off the bairns. If you fit forward facing rear seats then you can get a bracket to allow 3point inertia reel seatbelts to be used.
