Hi guys, hope one of you can help.
Ive got a 1986 110 defender 2.5 NA, its ex-mod 24V which is where my problem starts.
it was imported from Singapore last year and I'm not sure if the batteries are original or not but either way they are now duff. they are two 12v batteries run in series. Both batteries are Volta Hybrid Ns70 65AH 440CCA.
from what I've read up there batteries are low CCA so my question is what size AH and CCA batteries can I go up to in a 1986 Defender without overdoing it. Ive got no winch and don't run any of the FFR features on the vehicle. Not sure how the fact that they are run in series as 24v affects everything??
Any advice or previous experience
