200tdi injector leaking (sorted)

Hi, does anybody have any old 200tdi injectors or parts lying around? I need a cap that screws over the nozzle. I have a leaky injector and have tried everything, reseating multiple times, different cylinders, new washers, 2 washers all to no avail so I have come to the conclusion that the nozzle cap is misshapen. I have done a bit of searches and it seem you cant buy just the cap.

There was a diesel specialist on hawksworth industrial estate SN 2 Not been there for a bit but they used to test injectors while you wait/watch.

Cheers, I might give them a ring. The nozzels are new and everything seems to be working fine, spray pattern looks good, it just leaks, it doesnt seem to seat right

It turns out it wasn't the seat, it was leaking from where the injector cap screws on to the body. It just required some expert bodging, some ptfe tape and a breaker bar
