hi i have just bought a 200tdi with 205k on clock it start first time every time and you can here the turbo spool up lovely just wonded are these engine as good as the 300tdi any info would be grate thanks scott

In many peoples opinion the 200tdi is the best diesel engine LR have made. Doesn't mean the one you've got is any good just that lots of people like em.

Did a swap from the 2.5NA to a 200tdi with 90K miles on it and just love the engine. Make sure you change the timing belt, and all filters/oils. Also change the glowplugs if possible.
