200tdi disco injectors

hi,i have an L reg 200tdi disco and was wondering if 300tdi injectors will fit as my local scrappy has 7 300tdi's and 0 200tdi's,these injectors are £10 a set if i remove them myself,just trying to build up some spares for a re-build so anything else that would fit would be great.

What you gotta think about is if you put the wrong ones in are you going to be happy with the outcome. Save up, go new and no worry.

im unemployed at the mo so anything i can get on the cheap helps,just looking for parts that fit,reason im doing this is my disco smokes(valve stem oil seals)so i'm putting a new head(ported)on that was given to me but i'm using my pushrods and rockers,just thought i'd try to renew as much as possible,injectors are ok(but 19 years old),can i clean them???:scratching_chin:,or would other newer ones fit?

no, 300tdi injectors are different to 200tdi ones

Totally different diameter mate !! Get your own injectors pop tested at a diesel specialist !! May only be one or two that need adjustment/new nozzles etc !!
