I now have my disco engine fitted into my 90. However im running round without an airfilter on at the moment. Does anybody know how to get the TD filter box to fit, or where to put it?

The options ive got, as far as i can see, are

1 - try and work out where to fit the filterbox and use that

2 - get a K&N filter ( dont really want to do this, but looks like the easiest/cheapest option)

3 - Get a snorkel?! Do the mantec snorkels have a filter at the top, or do they still need a filterbox in the engine bay?

Ive gone thro the same problem - i removed the original n/a air box and mounting plate from the chassis - had to do this to get the intercooler pipes in anyway - then all i have at the moment is the disco box lashed into the n/side inner wing with cable ties using the disco pipe between the turbo and the airbox extended with a bit of pipe and jubilee clips!
Dont run without an air filter - it will end in tears! Even if you fit a snorkel you will still need an air filter
