Liar, anyone with access to the internet has access to a multitude of free
photo hosting sites.

If you had simply hosted the photo somewhere and posted a link, then the
flames would have nothing to start them with.

I'd also say that as this is a fairly knowledgable group, many people use
servers and/or readers that simply ignore photo's and hence, like mine,
cannot see them. This somewhat limits the usefulness of posting a photo to
what is essentially a text medium.

A Liar I most certainly are not. However, I accept your comments re
free services with your ISP. That said, when my only access point is
from my office at work, my options become far more limited.

I will however go and make friends with our IT department in the hope
of being able to get them to post a photo once in a blue moon for me
as and when the need arises.

Italy. If I remember correctly, a rather nice cafe in Limone, on the

That's bloody funny - I've just sent it to one of my clients to show him
what I have to deal with from his staff - and what's likely to start
happening to his staff if I have to make any more site visits to put
paper in printers or plug PC's in that the staff have unplugged to use
their cellphone chargers. And.... my favourite luser now had a 14
character alphanumeric password that needs to be changed every 3 days
(so the screams should start on Friday just as I head out of the country
for a week on a remote Pacific island).

Luckily, cis are more clued and don't let attachments through - but in the
days when I did my newsreading on dialup I'd have been very miffed.
