What's your thoughts on a 2001 2002 4.6 vogue petrol/gas range rover?
If you're thick as shít then avoid like the plague...

Personally i prefer the V8 for a select few reasons..

#1 if you maintain it they'll last, look after the cooling system especially.
#2 they'll do 17mpg on petrol/Gas with LPG being 50ppl it will do the "equivalent" of mid 30s mpg..
#3 They have max torque available by 2400rpm

The diesel is lethargic and couldn't pull yer cóck straight, and they have a fair share of issues, the P38 subforum is littered with far more Diesel issues than Petrol at the moment...
you can chip them to good success from what i can gather..

Oh and...

Ahem...

"your choice" eh?

The leccy system usually goes down the pan before the drivetrain ;)

Buy one..
You probably won't regret it........................................;)

The youngest P38 is 19yrs old so they have some foibles, Diesel or petrol will give you their own issues liners don't drop unless it is cooked to the point of pinking..

and even then they might not, my Dads best mate had a bordeaux and it cooked itself...
A noise started, thought it was liners, and it was one of the rocker pedistals had cracked!!

Easy fix ;)

Just buy a maintained one ;) :D
