2006 vogue cabin vents not working

good afternoon all, I have a problem on my 2006 vogue, I cannot control the direction of the vents, the fan works fine but nothing comes out of any of the vents, everything lights up ok, screen, face, footwell, fan increases speed etc, but nothing from any vent!

Anybody have any ideas?
