2006 Range Rover - Coolant Drain & Refill - Advice Required

Hi

I've bought 15 litres of Comma Xstream G30 Antifreeze & Coolant Ready Mixed to replace the coolant already in my car.

Only problem is that i am unsure how to do the change. The RAVE manuals are not recent enough to cover my 2006 car (35th Anniversary Range Rover - Petrol & LPG).

Can someone please point me in the direction of a detailed guide, or type something up in a reply that i can follow please ?
