L322 2005 rear wiper plastic gear

The plastic gear has stripped on my rear wiper motor and the the only one I can find online is £11 + £14pp, anyone know where I can get a reasonably priced one please? the only ones I can find have the wrong magnet fitting.

Good shout but no joy on their websites, although powerfuluk had some other interesting stuff.

@stustrong mentioned bmw e46 compact is the same so I've ordered one of these, worth a punt at £2.99 inl p&p

Quick update. Fit's perfectly and I now have a working rear wiper again.......for now anyway. Big thanks to @stustrong for the e46 compact tip.

Make sure it comes with the little magnet.

is there any "way" of installing the gear in a certain position after re-assembling it ? I've took mine apart, regressed it, and now it won't work anymore. I also tried trying the motor without the "linkage arm" installed, and it works for a few seconds, then stops. I also feel the motor is getting really really hot . Does the motor have a constant load on it for some reason ? Any thoughts ?

The motor spindle runs in a bush not a bearing so if when the spindle rusts it starts to bind in the bush. ooh er missus
The wiper ECU will sense the increased load and turn the motor off until the ignition is cycled off and on, ask me how I know

There are SO many interchangeable BMW- RR parts, they are invariably much cheaper as was the case with the Jacking points I purchased. £23 each and £28 postage for RR or £14 each of Amazon with free postage
