That dropped overnight last winter.

The reason i got the disco is even with snow tyres 6" of fresh snow and you cant get up the hill to our house.
Il probably stick with the At3s and just get chains.

You've been there a long time.
We only come over here 6 months a year and that is April to October.
But when we used to come over in the winter the village was closed to traffic twice.
So that is since 2004.
We rely on neighbours to send us pics if we get snow.
We also go the Dales a lot in the winters, and snow is nowhere near as bad there as it used to be say 35 years ago.

Just as a note. Our 2011 RR has a little lever to allow us to drive on the other side of the road we have the Zenon or HID or whatever they are called. The lever in our case (LHD car) doesnt actually change them to to RHD lights it justs removes the "kick up" so essentially a flat beam, which maybe what they are in your case too.
Now Halogen I was under the impression that the beam pattern is done in the glass lens pattern, But I do know that @Datatek has a little trick to get his P38 with Halogen through the test in france but I dont know what it is. As I have tagged him he may enlighten us

I am now very interested in this Zenon, or Xenon or HID thing so will search for pics to see what the flip they look like!

You did thanks ! From what I can see the zenon bulbs have a shaft which runs up the outside of the Bulb. And give off a much whiter appearance I just checked and both my bulbe are just standard halogen.

On my headlamps the lenses appear clear without any pattern and both the main beam and dipped beam bulbs look to be standard halogen. So im assuming you cant flatten the light via a lever.Just as a note. People call them many things HID, Bi-Z/Xenon Gas discharge. But they are expensive compared to Halogen.

Time you posted some pics so we can see what you have. Maybe its done in the shape of the reflector then
Take out a bulb will be the easiest to find out. Edit I see you just have
Oh and the lever on ours is reachable just by removing the cover to remove the bulb. Takes 2 mins before getting on the ferry.
No need to remove the lights.

@korthaldisco2 I do not know the Disco, but I have a method to convert RHD headlights to LHD at no cost. PM me with an email address and I will send you a how to. I'm pretty sure it will work for the Disco, same vintage more or less as the P38.

I Noticed in the USA I can find the headlamp for 180 quid each. Shipping and import cost will no doubt bump it back up to what they cost here.

There are usually 2 adjusting screws for headlamp alignment, one does up/down, the other side to side.
If your lights are set a little low for the CT it will not be a fail. On the other hand, set too high might be a fail depending on the tester. Where I go, the tester will adjust them to conform.

Don't raise the drivers side, just lower the passenger side a tad. After the CT you can play.

Hi Datatek,
I just sent you back an email where I have drawn onto the image you Sent over. I also placed a protractor over the top of your image and the angle I have drawn.
Assuming I dont have the wider bottom slots that will regulate the beam position do you think the angle I have drawn will get me somewhere close if i dont have that reference of the wider slots.
