Hi folks

Just joined the group and have owned a D2 for 18 months and most of them wet...

I've taken out the sunroof replaced this that and the other, still somehow it gets in and makes the seats and steering wheel wet.

I've resolved the footwell swimming pool and unearthed the vents below so that is now dry forever and I've had the windscreen out and resealed and paid attention to the A frame joint area, that too is good.

But the sunroofs despite my best efforts are just pants and the whole plastic corners to tube construction is just useless.

What to do.

Well I have bad roof paint delamination on the lacquer coat and after the winter and it worsening I took to it with a glass scraper and sandpaper to get it flat.

It's now going in to have the roof wet and dry prepped and then totally wrapped including safari windows and sunroofs. The folks there will cut out to the black fade areas in the glass allowing use of the light in and I have Dr electrified the sunroofs.

So hello dry D2 hopefully.

I'll post so pics before and after, don't know why I didn't think of it before.
