hello,
i have finally bought my range rover!! decided tdv6 2003 se was the one for me to replace my ml270 mercedes. Seems at this stage to be right choice, although there is a feww niggly snags. The most serious one is a vibration when driving Almost like what i use to get on my discovery (1992) when it needed shims put in the ball hubs. this seems to be like running over cats eyes....even if there is none. Also the handbrake warning light and alarm comes on even though brake is of.... if i jam somthing under it it goes awayjust to stop it going right to the bottom just need to lift it a small amount so i suspect microswitch adjustment but i am no expert so would like to know if it a common fault. Also back window does not latch shut sometimes. lastly, central locking on door (drivers) is lazy......... like my old discovery suspect central locking unit in the door... but no expert. Can anyone advise on any of these defects and let me know,
