Have a look behind the side trim in the boot on the near side, check the connectors on the big box for corrosion and signs of water ingress.

He says it's ok in the morning does corrosion stop it from working in the afternoon?
He didn't say that Tony, he said worked yesterday but AM only today
Water in those connectors causes all sorts of interesting effects that I have sorted for a couple of peopleThanks have checked for both - the only thing that I can see that is strange is there is a black wire with an angled connector lying on top of the sat nav box which doesnt appear to be connected to anything and at there is a further black wire with another connector lying at the bottom not connected to anything either - if I could find somewhere with a wiring diagram perhaps I could see if these two wires have come apart - everything else is working ok and even the AM radio just not the FM

Sorry she will remember that one. Was trying to have a joke with me old mate Keith. But he has just been on holiday and his sense of humour has not got back yet. He is yer man for electricary though.
