2001 td5 defender heaters,cig lighter and heaters inop please help.

Hi all. Don't know if I'm on the right page or not but started now. Here goes. Stopped to fuel up,jumped back in to find radio off and heater also not working. All fuses are good.looked at wiring on said items and again looks good. Electrics Frys my head. Can anyone point me in the right direction please ☺
