Hi, Other than the year what is the main difference between the 2001 and the 2002 p38 vogue 4.6.

Not alot, depends on spec of course.
I have a 2002 4.6 Vogue SE. Only problem with mine being the last P38 production run is LR tended to use up old stock parts on last production (mine had a 2 pin rear diff & i suspect the front is the same).
If i didn't want all the toys available i would have rather gone for a 2001 model Vogue.

One is a year older than the other. 2002 will have a bastard sized aircon condensor fitted.
