20 mph alarm

hiya gents

whilst i was on my test drive every time i went over 20mph a buzzer went of and the display showed flased a warning of excess speed ( or along those lines ) the sales man said they would get this checked out

so i was just wondering if you fellas have had this warning at any time

my motor is a 2001 p38 btw

It's a particularly useless function on the computer. I keep setting mine accidentally while trying to reset something else!

Might be something to do with the speed limit warning, press the bottom button on the left hand stalk(indicator) and you can turn the speed limit warning on or off and also change the limit. if it is switched on and set to 20mph it will go off every time you go over 20 mph !!!

have a look at that if it isnt that then the other time 20 mph comes in when you lock the suspension in crawl mode which is access hight and then held with the button on the dash it gives out a 20 mph message as well
