Hi all I'm putting a 2" lift on my freelander do I need to put camber correction on or not and if so where do I get them from

Thanks

Put 1.6" inch lift (40 mm) , fit larger wheels and you don't need to cut inner fenders and chamber correction.

I use 40 mm lift and 205/80/16 tires (+24mm). In total car is lifted ~64 mm from stock (with 215/65/16 tires) without any problems and cutting.

I have fitted 225/75/16 and they scuff when people in the rear going over bumps will a 40mm lift be sufficient and will give a noticeable difference

mines got a 2inch lift , 225 75 16 goodyear all terrains, its now done 115,000 miles , no problem. happy days!

Mine's 2" with 225/75/16 it was awful before I put the pins on! Been done over a year now and no related problems

Your motor looks really well mate. Are they actually good off road I am use to discos and defenders but my mum had the freelander 04 40000 miles and said I could have it for nothing I know its a 1800 petrol but for nothing you cant really grubble. I am rebuilding my 90 at the moment and was going to use the freelander for greenlaning with the family comfort and fun cant go wrong.

I used to be in a club near where I live but it seems to have shut down do you guys orgonise events around derbyshire

But will go for the camber pins and 2" lift thanks for the help

Since the Sport version is around 1" lower than the other models, is it feasible to say a 3" (75mm) lift kit would fit requiring only slight modifying like fitting the 2" kit to none sport models?

I'd imagine so! But you'd have less travel cos the springs are shorter?!?!

Not too bothered about that as it's a look more than anything I am going for. I've found 75mm spacers on ebay and they supply bolts as well but would need extended brake lines too. Any idea where I could buy them from?

Mine came with my kit from bearmach. So I suppose I'd start with them?!
