Hello I’ve a 1990 2 door classic

Does anyone know where I can obtain the waist seals it’s the bit that stops water getting into doors from window

Long obsolete part & unless you can find somewhere with NOS items you're going to need to find a good used one.

They don't prevent all the water from getting inside the door.
If you have problems with water getting into the footwells via this route then you are:
A) missing the plastic weather sheets that should be stuck over the various apertures & which keep the water inside the door so it exits via the drain holes in the door bottom
B) said plastic sheets are damaged or not stuck on
C) the drain holes are blocked.
The first 2 are common issues on many cars not just LR. On my own 4 door RRC they were missing altogether when I bought it & after the first decent rainfall I could have kept fish in the front footwells.
Any plastic sheet can be used (incl decent thickness plastic bags) & is best stuck to the door with butyl rubber strip such as this which is basically VERY sticky plasticine:

Remove the door cards, apply a bead around each aperture in the metal of the door frame & press the plastic onto it. Refit door cards. Job done.
