Sods law, as im in the process of selling my landy my alternator packs up. Is it straight forward to to take off, as Im thinking of getting it reconditioned. Cheers
 
Thanks guys, as expected it was a very easy fit. I paid £75 for a new alternator from my local land rover supermarket which I thought wasnt too bad.
