Took my injection pump off today for replacement.
Here are some pictures of the transfer pump which sends the diesel on its way once it enters the injection pump.
I thought it may dispel some untruths about the CAV injection pump and how this aspect of it works.
Eccentric rotary vain pump is essentialy what you see here.
