Well I have checked :

*Empty tank add new diesel incl. inject, cleaner.
*Blown pipes
*Oilfilter, airfilter, cylindergasket checket.
*Pumptiming adjustment tried with no good result.

Does anybody have seen anything like this before an fixed it? Any ideas?

Best regards

Great...... but what does the smoke smell of ? ;)

probably worn bores they are prone for it let alone with age ,but other can be cam timing needs to be spot on ,skew gear under pump wears teeth on its self and cam ,normally i would rebuild rebore +20-40 pistons etc parts are cheap,i did have one that we swapped injection pump for customers other pump it smoked like that until we changed the pump again ,if it suddenly started i would look at those things ,

Hey.
Thanx for your thoughts. If I start with the cam timing.

How can I check if it`s out of order.

Issn`t so that if an engine starts well in cold aswell warm the cam timing is set right?

remove cover off flywheehousing, remove rock cover, put dti on exhaust rocker turn engine slowly till echaust is fully down ,and check ep mark on flywheel ,to be 100% accurate you should mark when dti is reading just before fully down on flywheel and then carry on till the same amount after fully down and mark flywheel ep should be half way between marks, you can then turn engine to 13 degrees btdc on no1 and check pump timing
