19J to 200TDI Conversion - Help Please!!

My 19J that I recently rebuilt has just started running off its own oil. I want to convert to a 200TDI and have found a good Defender engine. The only problem is that the Flywheel and flywheel housing that are supposed to be bolted to the 200tdi engine are missing. Can I use the flywheel and Flywheel housing off the 19j? Can I switch it from my old engine to the new one then bolt the engine to the bell housing, or are they different. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Other than that the engine has everything I need, so would be ideal.

Yes you can use the 19j flywheel and bellhousing on the tdi. I did the conversion with a disco engine and used it all myself. Good luck

flywheel housing bolts straight on, this also makes it easier because if you were to use a disco flywheel u would have to drill and tap new holes, i know your going to use a defender engine tho.
