1999 Disco TD5II-Rear Door Lock

Hi Guys,
I believe a small spring can break in the lock resulting in the lock not being operable using the remote Key Fob, but means you have to climb into to the back and pull the interior handle to open the door.
A chap on E Bay sells the springs, but they seem to be for pre 1999 models.Are they compatible with the above or can someone suggest a site for buying them I want to avoid the main stealer if possible.

this wont work on a td5 you have to replace the lot about £50-£60

Try scan 4x4 on fleabay I got the actuator for mine for £39 their phone number is-01952727298. Hope this helps

Mine was just the actuator not a bad job to do, if you have small hands!!!

Got on to mainstealer and they call it a latch - 62 +VAT
Anyway, seeing them at weekend and hopefully will know more then.
