1997 R,reg DISCO MISSFIRE PROBLEM HELP PLEASE

I have a 1997 R,reg disco 3.9 V8 on GAS. It had developed a missfire, i have renewed the cap, rotor arm, coil, leads. The HT lead arkes across the low tention side of the coil & the leads light up like a crimbo tree.But i have tryed a few sets of leads & they are all arking out. Can any one HELP or has any one suffered the same problems or are the leds just not good enough? Thanks for taking time to read this.

they're just crap leads, get some good quality ones and it'll be fine

I have replaced the leads with landy's own & all is well.

Glad to hear the new leads sorted it. I run my LPG Disco with Luminition blue leads and had reduced the plug gap to .6mm. No misfires and no backfires.
