1996 disco

hello gang
can anybody help me my disco has a bad case of rust on rear crossmember on the body it would appear to be OK everywhere else my question is can i buy this panel or should i just make it also what kind of job is it?

I just welded one in 2 weeks ago.

Not a bad job, longest bit is carefully removing the old one while keeping the body supported and all lined up. Put the new one in place, put it on his bushes, carefully close the back door (its a big heavy door and moves the body a lot when the x-member is not there) make sure the back door lines up with the reciever plate and latches no bother, then weld it up.
