hi all my 1995 p38 dt has got a gearbox problem.iif you dont hold the gearlever over to the left it crunches going into 2 and 4.any ideas.is this an easy fix or new gearbox. cheers steve

Depends which type of box remote is fitted, but it will be return spring or springs on remote unit. They will need replacing or adjusting or both depending which type of remote is fitted think there are three types.
