1992 Defender 90 Rear wing cappings

Could anyone please help? I am restoring a 92 200TDi 90 and the side wing cappings are rusted and need replacing. I was recently told that you can no longer buy them in their original form. Land Rover have changed the part numbers and each side is now in two parts (side and rear). Similarly they now allegedly come with a whole row of additional rivet points (something to do with the rear seats?) and would make my Landy look like it lost a strafing competition with an AK47? If that is the case is there anywhere that still sell the originals (galvanised or otherwise) or are these new ones ok?
