1979 series three. HELP

I have recently become the owner of a 1979 series three which has been in the family for years,problem is my grandad has misplaced the keys .How do I go about getting new ones? cheers

If you cant find the original keys you can always just buy a new ignition switch and keys & door locks & keys replacing on series landrovers very easy £30 if not cheaper for switch, locks & keys.

Some older series have worn locks and switches so most keys work so getting new ones are worth fitting, my series 2 keys work on everything but my series 3 ignition is different to the doors but that maybe because some one has changed the ignition switch previously when perkins 4.203 engine was fitted. But i do think the doors and ignition is different keys.
