Bit more progress new keruing boards fitted today
Seamed to take forever to router all the lashing eyes in all boards rebated so flush with edges of bed as well

Really good read this! Some lovely work.
The MOD aircon/heater unit looks good! I take it runs thru the original vents, hows the AC and heat output compared to stock?
Some nice exhaust work there too!

Not got it gassed up yet
But yes through same vents and i added 2 more with there own plate fans on sides of the mud console
Was a tight fit
I moded the fan switch through relays and added a extra contact as mod fan had 1 more speed than the landy one
