12J identification?

Hi guys i hope you are all well.

I am looking to buy a 12J engine and i know very little about identifying them.

There is lots of N/A diesel for sale on eBay but with little info.

What am i looking for visually in the photos so i know it is a 12J. I know theres no turbo

Engine number, stamped on the block, will begin 12j.
