110 Standard Station Wagon v County Station Wagon

Hi,

I am new to the Forum and currently looking to buy my first 110 Defender. I am considering going to look at 2 110 TD5 Station Wagons (not county's), one a 2003 and the other a 2004. Both 9 seaters with the twill vinyl trim. Should I be concerned that they are not County spec vehicles, i.e.
They have the vinyl trim and is this less comfortable than cloth in county? (largely to be used as family transport)
Is it noticably more noisy without carpets?
Will it be harder to sell on when the time arrives?
Anything else I should be aware of?
I would appreciate your advice.

Is the one that's listed as not a county been converted?

no it is an original station wagon spec, 9 seater, first owner government in Cyprus I believe. Cheers
