110 hard top sides vibration

Hi, I am new to defender ownership and absolutely loving it so far. I have a tdci 110 hard top and have some questions about vibration from the side panels. Depending on speed, road surface, wind conditions i get a pretty severe low frequency vibration/panting from the side panel behind the driver, you also see it when when you shut the drivers drivers door.
I appreciate land rovers vibrate and make weird noises but what I dont understand is why it's only from the one side. Is this a symptom of the roof or sides installed wrong? Bolts loose or over torqued? Any advice welcome as I would like to shut it up.

Possibly the bolts haven't been tightened enough on that side, no harm giving them a tweek to see if it solves the problem. Trouble is you stop that noise and you'll be able to hear another!
