Hello guys,

First post here so might as well do the quick bio. I recently pick-up a 110 1987 with the 19J. My dad bough it years back and eventually its condition went downhill. Few years back he tried to start it and though he broke the clutch and though the car was stuck in gear. He wanted to scrap it, instead I told him to give it to me. Well, a month ago, fired the engine back up (bad starter), bleed the clutch/put new fluid and it fixed the issue.

Now, were onto the brakes, rear ones are fine and working, front ones are done. The car is not in great shape rust wise, and the brakes are sized up to a point where we will redo them completely. I am now looking for options. I could always go back to original breaks, but might as well upgrade them straight away. There a 98 Disco at the local scrap yard and the brakes are mint (and cheap), think they could fit? Any aftermarket brands work too?

Cheers
Andrew
TL;DR : Can I put disco front breaks on a 87 110. If not, any other options besides stock?
