110 300TDI brake upgrade recommendations.....

I'm in the market for replacement brakes discs and pads all round and looking for recommendations for means of improving the stopping power. Do you guys have any disc and pad recommendations for heavy towing???

First thing is to make sure what is on your truck is in good order and up to the mark.
Hear this all the time. " What improvements do I do for heavy towing and better stopping ? " Well the answer is none other than the above.
What is needed when towing heavy loads is for the trailer brakes and the trailer itself to be up to the load you are carrying.
Not being funny here but a heavy trailer with poor brakes will try to overtake the towing vehicle if you brake hard in any thing but a straight line and you can end up in a situation where the tail wags the dog and a snake develops that often ends in the towing vehicle being pushed around and even rolling over.

As tottot says, check calipers, servo, fluid as well as discs and pads.
