Hi all

I’ve just bolted my hardtop back on. However there is a gap between the top and the body. I fitted new seals before putting it on. I don’t think there was a gap before and all of the bolts lined up as before so not sure where it has gone wrong? Can anyone advise?

Thanks

Oops sorry, I didn't look too closely, what has happened to the foam seal? it goes in on its edge so compresses between the bottom edge of the hardtop and the tub capping.

In that case we’ve fitted it wrong. It was put on flat as that’s what the old one looked like. Looks like it’s all got to come off again. Thanks for your help.

Definetely goes on edgeways. If it's flat, it's never going to seal correctly. There was a thread about this a while ago...let me find a pointer.
