1.8i Petrol 2005 fuel starvation?

Hi,

Car running perfectly until we parked it up for 3 days during this heat-wave. It fires up but then cuts out after a split second or so. It seems as if its fuel starvation or something. Plenty of fuel in the tank etc.

sounds like ya petrol has vaporised and created an airlock in the fuel line.
