It sounds amazing stuff. And rather worrying to future K series purchasers. If this stuff has hidden a failed HG, and is only short lived. Then they could get an expensive problem to sort out later on.

At least the FL1 and owners in question got home. Quite surprised about it actually.

I'm not surprised at all but understand the concern of future purchasers of K engined FL's. TBH that applies to all cars. You would never know uless you did some deep digging. I was wrong in recommending K Seal I actually used 'Steel Seal' on that Fiesta...I also used an American product on my Diahatsui HiJet 1200 Deisel van as I had a quote of 2500-00 GBP to change a cylinder head gasket when mine went...Oh and as I asked about the cambelt too the said 'Well, that'll be another 2000-00 GBP on top....Went to the local 'Car Shop' that sold Comma products and real tools etc and saw this little bottle that claimed to 'Save The Universe'..think it cost about 15-00 quid.....followed the instructions, again to the letter and it worked also...PERFECTLY. Never did get the cam belt changed though....sold the van a year later and did A LOT of miles in it(more than 30,000 milesthat year including 4 trips to Scotland from Ipswich.....) Not the most comfortable van but I loved it!!!
