Freelander 1 05' Freelander Head Unit

I want to upgrade head unit of my 2005 Freelander Facelift(w/ Harmon Kardon amp).

And want to ask you guys if someone knows about this stalk adapter.

Does the stalk adaptor fit for these two head unit without cutting any wire? Just plug it in?
