04 Vogue Window Master switch

Looking around for a good, used, example of the above and noticed that it's actually cheaper to buy them from America and ship them here. But will the American switch fit as their vehicles are LHD surely?....Part number seems the same but does anyone on here have any experience with these?

Logic says if it's the same part number, it should be the same piece! But should is a big word!!
