I heard a tale where the arb's were previously manufactured by the chinese company anyway. arb had a licence or something restricting them (the chinese) from selling them.
could of course be absolute bollocks, most of my posts are.

Having seen this thread I've just done a bit of investigation into what is on my defender and it turns out that I've got a Sailsbury style rear axle (therefore pre 2002 no?) despite it being a 2002 defender 110. Does anyone know if this is this common in this time period or is it more likely that the axle has been swapped at some point? I'm just interested really...
