Problem is I don't want to start braking it and have it sat around. Would prefer to get rid in one go or have a few people come give me £550-600 and take what they want and I will get rid of the waste.
Got someone coming to pay cash Monday! (I will beleive it when I see it or the cash in my hand!)
Not 100% sure so dont quote me but the gas goes into the air inlet thus a hole in that would only let air into the air inlet (all be it not filtered). However all the parts removed will be replaced by the parts off the car I am putting the kit onto. So It will become a standard Non LPG car and will run fine. I have it running on the petrol now and its spot on.
I am not saying that the person who buys it wont want to trailer it away as it needs other work doing to it such as rear brake pipes etc. And I am not sure if I will have time to refit the standard parts.
Ah well, if you are putting the bits on off another engine then there won't be a problem. Just if you left holes in the air inlet after the Air Flow Meter it wouldn't run, if it did it would be horribley.
Thing is its not scrap, just needs brake lines and the king pin or swivel baring/bush looking at then should be ok for 12mts test. Just don't want to do the work to it and don't want to sell it as working as I hate it when I travel to see a car and its not as described. Better to say spares or repairs than needs a small bit of work as then when someone comes to look they buy it rather than waste both their and my time.
Had this with a few 90's that I have been to look at traveled about 1500 miles now in total and desided to pay over price for a local ok ish one than spend more time traveling the earth for a cheap ok one! Thus balencing out in the end with petrol and time!
