Ok then answer me this. Who owns the land we were on? Started on a green lane, drove through a tied shut gate, shut it behind us, keep driving down lanes, plenty of T junctions along the way, end up at a wind farm, theres some sheep roaming around the place too. Is it farmers land that the power company use or the other way round? And who would be particularly botherd that we were there?

As the law stands it doesn't matter who owns the land. It is an offence to drive a motor vehicle, on land not forming part of a PUBLIC HIGHWAY. Unless you have the express and implied consent of the land owner.

This means that the police will prosecute you unless you already had the permission of the landowner before you left the public highway

the fact is,it int a public place.yu dont own it,neeva duz anyone who wa out wi ya,n ya dint ask any fukka if ya cud drive on it,so ya shunt a gon on it.
