We bought the house nextdoor but one.Some years ago we sold our house to next door-but-one, believe it or not! Didn’t even know they were looking.

We had lived in the last house for 25 years and always had our eyes on this place.
When the guy was ready to sell, he just got a few valuations and we paid the average.
