Started the scrapper. Bit odd.

Reconnected battery and everything worked again! Tried to start and everything went dark again. Tried a jump lead from battery negative to engine and even battery positive to starter positive but no change. Disconnected battery negative, waited 3 minutes and then reconnected. All lights back on and then this time it cranked so I just kept cranking until it started and then floored it until the birds started coughing in the hedge. After that it idled perfectly.

Best I can find is "supply for air suspension"?
I know theres a relay in the boot fuse box for the compressor.

Does it not show anything on the lid, I have not looked at mine tbh.
Its a bit wierd that LR give details in the owners manual for the glovebox & boot fuse boxes, but say it needs a technician to look at the underbonnet 1:vb-confused2:.

The l322 onwards is pretty much electric anyways, just needs a hunking 4.4 v8 to power the alternator 🤭
I was a bit cross at lunch when I saw an old Vauxhall Corsa in the electric parking bay at my local Sainsbury's at lunch time. I assumed it was there because it's right by the shop door and all the parent and disabled bays were occupied with trades vans. Looking at the point you're making here Kermit, I should actually be ok to park mine there in future, it'll be good for the environment too as it probably weighs less than an electric MG . I am cross no more. :p

Finally got around to ordering a Nanocom. ABS and TC lights have returned, so 2 front sensors have already been replaced - be interesting to see if they’re the culprits again. See what happens and maybe order a full set.

Also need to try and diagnose/fix the air con before the end of July otherwise the 6hr drive to Yorkshire will be unpleasant.

Bear in mind that the nano isn't correct on abs sensor positions.
I've got the correct ones marked on the case I keep the nano in.
I forget which is which and I'm not home at the mo but I'll post them up when I'm back later if you like.

i think it depends.. i'm sure mine was correct 🤔
It is on one of them, front left iirc 😬 . I do recall right rear was a front one. Back home soon so I'll post my note up. Maybe bbs fixed it now but mine was brand new 3 yrs? Ago and that was wrong no fix on their website last time I looked, probably a year ago though.

Lack of gas due to leaks is the usual problem.

Depends what wabco unit configuration you got. It’s only how nanocom reads it, is actually all right in reality.

Oh it’s 100% that. I’ve had it regassed and pressure tested and no leaks.. yet it’s not working 2 weeks later. Regassed myself from empty and after 2 weeks no cold air. I need to get some dye in there somehow and try and figure it out - I’m hoping it’s something like the compressor - a second hand unit and a day under the car can hopefully sort it.

Yeah I’ve seen this mentioned before. If you can let me know that would be grand - if not I’ll trial and error disconnecting them and see what effect it has on the readings.
