Eye need a sheet of 8x4 foot 18mm mdf wood. Eye need it to stay perfectly flat for me project. Said wood will travel on me roof rack at 30mph max to stop it bending int wind.

Me roof rack is two bars that travel side to side. Eye has some 70x44mm 9 foot lengths of straight timber to put on said roof rack to support the mdf sheet. They will be 2.5 foot apart and parallel. Eye will also put 3 lengths of timber between the parallel lengths, to make a 3 rung ladder shape. One int middle and the others 3 foot away from said middle.

Does we fink this is enough support to try to keep me mdf sheet flat? Should eye put more supports across the middle to make more ladder rungs.

So just. Been swapped over to an online account as Ive had a smart meter fitted last week

Has gone from 460 per year to 300 , DD has changed from 32 to 22 so well pleased it’s dropped to save me some money each month

Will be interesting to see what the future payments will be

Not raining, lie in till 8:45.
Large airliner crashed onto the Granny Farm Nursing Home two doors up and wiped them all out. Best dream ever.
Next dream was a new house and my late father in law was there lifting random floorboard in every room and there was a large water leak and he was studiously ignoring it.
But other than these strange dreams all is well in the house of Clarke.
Have a peaceful and uneventful day.

I'd be tempted to put it on their step leaning against the door. Take a dated pic of it, print it and shove that through the door to with the words "Delivered at such and such a time on such and such a date"

Or simply contact the delivery peeps and tell them to collect it or you will dispose of it, as the adressees of the parcel "seem unwilling or unable " to collect it.

I'd also tell the neebs that you are never going to take in a parcel for them again so they had better find some other willing suckers.

Well having received a totally polite, friendly email from the neebs, yes the ones who cut ther trees, on other simple matters, I bit the bullet.
As W is in bed with bad tum, she having made the mistake yessdi of eating normally, I have answered it.
I mentioned the trees and, without going through the whole thing, simply said that W is totally furious about it, I am both angry at the intrusion and mystified as to why they would do it, in view of our previous verbal agreement, and asking for an explanation, as all I can think of is a massive misunderstanding.
I am using W's fury as a fulcrum to lever the situation more towards normality. But sadly I am not the world's best diplomat.
She has the subtlety of a bull in a china shop.

We will see.
Meanwhile I am going to assemble the minesweeper to see if I can find a particular bit of metal that sprang off W's Pluriel when I was changing the ignition pack, (or whatever it is called).

We await delivery of a load of British-stlye butchered, and cured, bacon and bangers that we ordered but somehow failed to pay for. The order seems to have gone through and I have contacted them twice by email and once by phone trying to pay them with no result! As it is over €100 I'm not reordering. There will be enough for 6 months if it comes though!

Iffit it were your parcel delivered today and yer naybor took it in, would you be happy if they left it unnatended on yer door step after 2 days or threated to bin it? Tis a bit harsh. You open up a legal can of wurms if yer bin it. Or get yer window smashed. Depends on how yer naybor reacts. Tis not worf starting a fight over it.
