I agree witth you lots of fat left on the wall the light bits will allways show through the paint but it is a typical council job thay don't move with the times

It's not level and that really annoys me because he should have put a straight edge across when he dabbed them on to make sure they were aligned, could have done it better myself, He also wouldn't loosen the light switches (electricians job) so I switched the leccy off and pulled them away from the wall for him so as he didn't plaster them in

I’m somewhat confused. How can you trowel up across two boards that aren’t evenly flat without having to apply more plaster. The chap must have been an enigma. Sad to report that at 3 a.m. this morning our eldest dog had a mini stroke.
Twas awful to see her staggering around and leaning her head to one side, bumping into things, having trouble standing up.
Carried her downstairs and put her outside where she managed to pea, took her back up and lots of cuddles. She eventually settled down, managed to find her favourite corner at some point during the night. She is a little better this morning and still not incontinent. Her tail even wags just a little.
Not quite so unsteady on her pins.
Apparently they recover after about 72 hours. We will have to see.

No, the hull comes in at a very shallow v so very close to go through to the outer skin, the blade usually bounces off it &
you spend more time straightening the them, plus on the sideways cuts you dont want to cut into the bearers & the fuel
pipes ect also there is a fuel tank & wires run up the centre of the hull. Messy & very hard going. Got some pics just need them

Had to replace the ignition switch & barrel on my tranny. Think it got worn cause of the weight of the other keys on the ring.
Only 17 quid to replace the switch & barrel with 2 keys.

She's improving, has had a dinner and is trying to jump off the sofa. She can walk around and climb a couple of steps to get into the house again. Her walking is getting better. She knws when she wants a drink or to go out.Awww sorry matey I hope she recovers well. Keep us posted. Best wishes
But she has been getting a bit senile for a while now. Previously she would forget which door she had gone through into the garden. So now I have to go out with her and wait till she thinks she has done whatever she wasnt to do, then pick her up gently and either guide her or carry her back in. We are confident she will get better still over the next couple of days. But by how much we don't know.
She is about 14 years old.
Lovely gentle old girl.

Only got one key for the house, not many keys on them tbh. I have a big bunch separate for everything else.
