Love track days not done one for a good few years, I get cramp in my leg heavy braking so had to give up

Mornin all, bin up since very early as dog had to be at vet's for 8h30, andW for her last fizzio at the same time. Just got back in for brekfuz.
Can't find the "chicken" man in. He who takes them on when we leave. Hmm.

... I have an appointment to see the Osteopath today.
Last time I saw her was 2 weeks ago and her "magic hands" worked absolute wonders.
Far, far better than the Chiropracter's snap-crackle & pop approach.
Even my wife noticed a difference because when driving I wasn't grunting/grimacing in pain as I looked left/right and my head was able to turn further than before.
If she can make the same/similar step-change this time I shall be very pleased.
I wonder if she can fix my knee too?

There has I suppose always been the battle between the two schools of thought. I have been to many chiros and some are way better than others. Only been to one osteo here in frogland, she was ok but couldn't/didn't do much for me. The (one single) chiro here was much better. Like all professionals you are lucky to find a good one.
When we get back I may well cast around for an osteo just to see if I can find one that is like yours!!!

Just got back from three days of infusion treatment. Feeling a bit sick but it should help in the long run
