Hi all. New to the forum and just bought a hippo yesterday. From what I can see it needs a new turbo and the hill descent light on the dash flashes green when not in 1st or reverse. Any feedback on how to fix these would be appreciated.

Welcome to landyzone version of space invaders. worth popping over to the Freelander section for a better answer to your question.
Hd switch button might ingaged. The yellow trigger on the gear stick if not then the switch unit below might be faulty. You need to remove the knob and gaiter to check the wires connection.
Turbo is not a fun job if not capable best a good garage handle this. Not cheap as man hours labour costs plus a replacement turbo can hurt the pocket.

Many thanks guys. I've checked the side to side play but not the in and out. I'm hoping it's some sort of breather pipe or something simple. Fingers crossed. Thanks again.
